Summary

ASI-Veritas is decision-boundary infrastructure. We collect only the information needed to provide accounts, hosted review workflows, support, security, records, receipts, and related services. Hosted Central AV and licensed Rich Client deployments may involve different custody and storage models.

Information we collect

The information ASI-Veritas collects depends on how you use the service, whether you create a hosted account, contact us, request access, submit material for review, or use a licensed deployment path.

Account information
We may collect your name, email address, organization, role, login credentials, subscription status, access level, and related account information.
Submitted material
If you use hosted Central AV, you may submit documents, AI-assisted output, memos, reports, prompts, review context, declarations, or decision packages for review. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, privileged, regulated, or proprietary material unless you have authority and the hosted path is appropriate.
Usage and review records
We may collect activity logs, review status, timestamps, workflow actions, report metadata, receipt metadata, authentication events, and system diagnostics needed to operate and secure ASI-Veritas.
Contact and support information
If you contact us, request a pilot, discuss a Rich Client license, or ask for support, we may collect the information you provide and use it to respond to your request.

How we use information

We use information to provide ASI-Veritas services, create and manage accounts, operate Boundary Reviews, generate reports or exports, support receipt workflows, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, improve reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not sell user-submitted material. Retention periods may vary by account, workflow, subscription, license, or written agreement.

Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal limits, record-preservation needs, and contractual obligations.
