Terms of Use

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ASI-Veritas, including its public website, hosted Central AV services, account-based tools, reports, exports, and related materials. By accessing or using ASI-Veritas, you agree to these Terms. If you are using ASI-Veritas on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. What ASI-Veritas provides

ASI-Veritas provides decision-boundary infrastructure for AI-shaped work before reliance. It helps users surface concern triggers, assumptions, unresolved issues, evidence visibility, ownership, and review context before AI-assisted material is shared, signed, filed, published, relied upon, or moved downstream.

ASI-Veritas may provide Boundary Reviews, Boundary Exports, account-based review workflows, Rich Client licensing paths, and, where applicable, central forensic reasoning receipts. The exact services available to a user may depend on the user’s account, subscription, license, pilot arrangement, or written agreement.

3. What ASI-Veritas does not do

ASI-Veritas does not approve, certify, validate, guarantee, or decide the truth, legality, safety, accuracy, completeness, admissibility, or commercial suitability of any material submitted to or generated through the system.

ASI-Veritas does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance review, technical review, board approval, executive responsibility, or human decision-making. Users and their organizations remain responsible for all decisions, actions, filings, disclosures, signatures, publications, and downstream reliance.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the material you upload, enter, submit, review, export, or rely upon through ASI-Veritas. You agree to use ASI-Veritas only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with your organization’s policies, applicable obligations, and any agreement governing your access.

You are responsible for determining whether material is appropriate to submit to a hosted environment. Sensitive, confidential, regulated, privileged, or proprietary material should not be submitted unless you have authority to do so and are satisfied that the relevant access path is appropriate. Organizations requiring local custody should discuss the Rich Client license path.

5. Accounts and access

Some ASI-Veritas features may require an account, subscription, pilot approval, license, or other controlled access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

ASI-Veritas may suspend, limit, or terminate access if use appears unauthorized, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, inconsistent with these Terms, or inconsistent with the applicable subscription, pilot, or license arrangement.

6. Reports, exports, and receipts

ASI-Veritas reports, exports, and receipts are intended to preserve review context and decision-boundary records. They may help show what was visible, what was assumed, what remained unresolved, what concern triggers were surfaced, and who owned the next step at the time of review.

A report, export, or receipt is not a legal opinion, expert opinion, audit opinion, compliance certification, safety certification, or guarantee of admissibility. Any use of ASI-Veritas materials in legal, regulatory, contractual, board, audit, or dispute settings should be reviewed by qualified professionals.

7. No professional advice

ASI-Veritas is an infrastructure and review-record system. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance, regulatory, security, engineering, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional judgment.

8. Data and confidentiality

ASI-Veritas handles user-submitted material according to the applicable access path, privacy disclosures, subscription terms, license terms, and any written agreement between the parties. Hosted Central AV and local Rich Client deployments may involve different custody, storage, and operational models.

Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide. If your organization requires local custody, restricted handling, or special controls, you should use or request the appropriate licensed path rather than submitting sensitive material through a general hosted workflow.

9. Intellectual property

ASI-Veritas, its design, workflows, reports, names, logos, interface elements, documentation, and related materials are owned by ASI-Veritas or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from ASI-Veritas.

You retain responsibility for and any rights you have in material you submit. By submitting material, you grant ASI-Veritas the rights necessary to operate the service, generate reviews, preserve records, provide support, and perform the applicable workflow.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use ASI-Veritas to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, interfere with the service, misrepresent outputs, remove notices, bypass controls, upload malicious code, or use the system in a way that creates unauthorized access, harm, or abuse.

11. Availability and changes

ASI-Veritas may change, suspend, improve, limit, or discontinue features from time to time. Public descriptions of features may not reflect every available, planned, pilot, licensed, or restricted capability.

12. Disclaimers

ASI-Veritas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASI-Veritas disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASI-Veritas and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, reputational harm, or downstream reliance decisions.

14. Changes to these Terms

ASI-Veritas may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of ASI-Veritas after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms or ASI-Veritas access may be submitted through the contact page.

Important note

This Terms page is a working business draft for ASI-Veritas and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch or commercial reliance.
